1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the PayUp platform and services provided by PayUp, Inc. ("PayUp," "we," "us," or "our"), a Rex Tech Ventures company, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Description of Services
PayUp provides vendor payment automation services for property management companies, including but not limited to: ACH transfers, digital check processing, physical check mailing, vendor self-service portal, and payment reconciliation.
3. Payment Processing
Payment processing services are provided through our partnership with Stripe Payments Company. Funds are held in FDIC-insured accounts at Fifth Third Bank N.A. Transaction fees and payment terms are outlined in your service agreement.
4. User Obligations
You agree to provide accurate and complete information, maintain the security of your account credentials, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with your use of our services.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PayUp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services.
